Annual Excel Award Ceremony 2011

Introduction

Da’watul Islam UK & Eire initiated The Excel Award to honour individuals for their outstanding achievements on exams in all levels including SATs, GCSEs, A Levels, Degrees, PGCEs and PhDs as well as those who made excellent contribution for the community projects.

 objective

Our objective is to encourage them to do better and inspire all others by recognising their achievement and contribution.

The Award Ceremony will be hosted by Da’watul Islam UK & Eire in partnership with

Da’watul Islam Youth Group (DIYG):

DATE: Saturday, 3rd December2011

TIME: 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm

VENUE: Darul Ummah Centre, London E1 2ND

Please complete the Nomination Form (below) to be part of The Excel Award. You can nominate yourself or anyone whether you are a friend, colleague, parent or guardian can nominate others for the award. Please ensure that the details given in the form is accurate.
