Darul Ummah Saturday School
Darul Ummah Saturday School (DUSS) is an educational project of Da’watul Islam UK & Eire, established in January 2010. It aims to provide quality supplementary education in a fun and enjoyable way.
School Hours: 10 am - 2 pm
Every Saturday at Darul Ummah Centre
Age Group: 6 - 14 years old [boys & girls]
- Class One: 6-8 years old
- Class Two: 9-11 years old
- Class Three: 12-14 years old
Subjects Taught Currently:
- Qur’an & Tajweed - Correct Recitation of the Qur'an
- Hadith - Sayings of the Prophet (PBUH)
- Aqeedah - Muslim Beliefs
- Seerah - Life of Muhammad (PBUH)
- Fiqh - Islamic Jurisprudence
- Adab & Akhlaq - Islamic Manners
Fees:
- Admission Fee - £20 (one-off payment)
- Tuition Fee: Total £240.00 - payable by Three Instalments of £80.00 each:

Terms & Conditions:
1. Registration fee is £20 per child, payable at admission.
2. Tuition fee is £80 per Term (each term consists of 4 months), payable on September, January & May of each year
3. Parents are responsible for paying the fees on time, every month.
4. In the case of holiday leave or when a student is absent for medical or any other reason, the fees will still have to be paid.
5. The school will provide books, bag, homework dairy and other learning materials.
6. There is no strict uniform policy; but pupils are requested to dress modestly.
7. All students must respect their teachers, staff and other pupils.
8. Students displaying bad behaviour can be suspended or expelled from school.
9. Students are not allowed to leave the school building without head teacher’s authorization.
10. If parents want to take their child[ren] from school, they will have to inform the school in advance.
11. Parents are requested to provide packed lunch for their child[ren].
12. Parents are responsible for dropping and collecting their child[ren] from school.
13. If any furniture or facilities are broken or damaged by any students, the parents will be held
responsible and will be required to pay for any damage caused.
14. If a student has a complaint about any teacher, the parents are requested to speak or write directly
to the head teacher. Parents must not approach the teacher in this regard.
15. If parents are not happy with the outcome, they can contact the committee in writing, and therefore,
the committee will try to deal with it in a just and Islamic manner.
16. The committee is responsible for any decisions for the school. If parents have any objections or
comments, they should submit their opinions in writing.
17. It is important to observe the rules and regulations according the prescribed rules of DUSS.
